Lennox has a respected 130-year history, but its Commercial HVAC division lacked the same recognition as its Residential business. When a strategic shift called for a refreshed approach, the goal was to create a distinct yet aligned look and feel for Lennox Commercial—one that stayed true to the corporate brand while sharpening its competitive edge in key areas like national accounts, emergency replacement, VRF, and plan-and-spec. This began with in-depth customer research and market analysis to clarify strengths, simplify messaging, and define a clear brand voice.

The result was a bold new visual and verbal identity that brought their capabilities to the forefront. A dynamic look was developed using commercial-exclusive design elements—new accent colors, a secondary font, iconography, signature animations, and an airwave pattern that subtly reinforces the HVAC story. Messaging was simplified with benefit-driven headlines, quick stats, and clean design. This new framework was also extended to support the launch of the Lennox Powered by Samsung VRF product line, helping introduce Variable Refrigerant Flow technology to a U.S. market less familiar with the globally popular solution.
